    • NEWS – Corrugated pallet collars

    A lightweight alternative to traditional pallet collars

    We are now launching corrugated pallet collars and lids – a lightweight alternative for flows where the full performance of wood is not required. The lower weight makes handling easier, while the solution is suitable for transport, storage and internal logistics. 

    The pallet collars are available in two versions – Lightweight and Heavy Duty – for different needs and applications.

    For applications where low weight and easy handling are priorities.

    For more demanding applications where higher performance is required.

    Benefits of corrugated pallet collars

    • Lower weight – Lightweight weighs 0.85 kg and Heavy Duty 1.3 kg, compared with 5.92 kg for an equivalent wooden pallet collar.
    • Easier handling – the lower weight makes manual handling easier, while corrugated alternatives also reduce the risk of pinching compared with wood.
    • Foldable design – the pallet collars can be folded when not in use, taking up less space during storage and handling.
    • Two versions – choose according to requirements of your flow.

    Please note

    Corrugated pallet collars do not offer the same load and stacking capacity as equivalent wooden pallet collars. The choice of solution should therefore always be based on the goods and the requirements for handling, storage and transport.
