Finnish Design Shop is a global online store focused on Nordic design and interior décor. Boxon has been the company’s main packaging partner since 2006. In the early days of Finnish Design Shop, packaging needs were straightforward: the new company needed tape and cardboard boxes. During the first years, order volumes grew by 40% annually, and the business has continued to see rapid changes since. The online store’s product range has also expanded along the way.

“Today the selection includes everything from pens and chopsticks to three-meter marble tables,” says Finnish Design Shop’s Operations Director Kalle Karvanen. “We have also had customized packaging solutions designed specifically for us by Boxon.”
In the first year of the COVID-19 pandemic, 2020, the online store experienced explosive growth and an unprecedented demand for packaging materials.
“We trust that Boxon can keep their promises and find solutions for any challenges that might arise. There hasn’t been a single case where they haven’t delivered,” Karvanen says.
