Boxon strengthens its leadership team to shape the next phase of growth

2026-06-01

Boxon continues to build momentum on its international growth journey

Following the appointment of Linus Lemark as CEO in 2025, and recent expansion into new markets such as Morocco, the family-owned company is now taking the next step by strengthening its leadership team with two key roles.

To support this next phase, Boxon is reinforcing two core areas of the business: Procurement & Supply Chain and People & Culture, both essential to building a strong, scalable, and future-ready global company.

Strengthening supply chain to improve customer experience and enable scalable growth

As an international packaging partner with a broad and customer-driven assortment, Boxon manages a complex value chain where speed, flexibility and reliability are key competitive factors. A strong supplier network, competitive sourcing, and efficient logistics are essential to delivering value to customers worldwide.

To lead this development, Jörgen Lingvide takes on the role as Chief Procurement and Supply Chain Officer on a permanent basis.

Jörgen brings more than 20 years of experience from leading roles within procurement, operations, and logistics at companies such as Perstorp and Tetra Pak. With extensive international experience, he will play a central role in further optimizing Boxon’s supply chain, enhancing flow efficiency, service levels, supplier partnerships, and overall competitiveness to the benefit of Boxon´s customer base.

“ I’m excited to take on this role at such an important stage of Boxon’s journey. There is a strong foundation in place, and great potential to further develop our supply chain together with our teams and partners. By strengthening how we work across sourcing, logistics and planning, we can create even more value for our customers,” says , säger Jörgen Lingvide.

Culture as a driver of growth and performance

As Boxon continues to grow internationally, culture plays a key role in enabling the journey ahead. Built on its core values, Winning together, Efficiency, Transparency, and Responsibility, the company has a strong foundation that guides how it works, every day, across teams and markets.

To further strengthen this, Anna Nambord joins Boxon Group as Chief People & Culture Officer, a new role in the organization.

Anna brings more than 20 years of experience in shaping organizations, leadership, and culture in fast-evolving environments. She has held key roles at Axis Communications, Thule, and Wihlborgs, and also runs her own consultancy, Bravery.

In her role, Anna will lead the continued development of leadership, culture, and competence across the organization, working closely with the business  across  Boxon Group and its sister companies BoxonTech and Boxes & Labels.

“ What attracted me to Boxon is the entreprenurial spirit and the genuine intent to build a sustainable business combined with a long-term perspective. As we scale, our ability to grow and adapt as individuals, teams and as a company, will be crucial success factors. Boxon has a strong foundation and I look forward to contributing to that journey and to strengthening the conditions for people to grow together with the company,” says Anna Nambord.

Positioned for the next phase of growth

Since stepping in as CEO, Linus Lemark has set a clear direction for Boxon’s future, focusing on growth, people, and sustainability, while staying true to the company’s heritage.

“ With the right people in place, we are strengthening our ability to scale while staying true to our values and customer focus. We are proud of these appointments, which are important steps in building a stronger, more agile Boxon for the future. It is also a testament to Boxon and the Helsingborg region that we have been able to attract such experienced and talented leaders as Anna and Jörgen,” says Linus Lemark, CEO, Boxon Group.

With these strategic additions, Boxon is reinforcing both its operational capabilities and its cultural foundation, creating the conditions needed to continue its international expansion and long-term growth journey.
