Boxon Group continues its growth journey through the acquisition of Vestbo Emballage via its subsidiary Boxess. The acquisition strengthens Boxon’s presence in one of Sweden’s most important manufacturing regions and expands the Group’s ability to support customers with smart packaging solutions.
Vestbo Emballage, based in Gnosjö, serves manufacturing businesses throughout the region and is known for its strong customer relationships, local presence and personal service. Together, the companies combine packaging expertise, local market knowledge and close customer partnerships to create even greater value for customers.

The acquisition will take effect on June 23, 2026.
